Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales of products offered to consumers on the BYTOKKI online store.

Article 2 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on their respective product pages.
Customers are invited to check information relating to sizes, colors, materials, dimensions and other characteristics before placing an order.
Photographs are intended to present the products as faithfully as possible. Slight differences in color may nevertheless appear depending on the settings of the screen used.
Article 3 – Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros.
The applicable price is the price shown to the customer at the time of the order.
Any delivery charges are indicated before final confirmation and payment of the order.
Article 4 – Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase.
Before finally confirming the order, the customer can check the selected products, quantities, chosen characteristics, delivery address and total amount payable.
Final confirmation of the order entails an obligation to pay.
A confirmation is then sent by email.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.
An order may not be validated if payment is refused or fails.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product.
The delivery time applicable to the ordered item is communicated to the customer on the product page and/or during checkout before final confirmation.
When an order includes several items, they may be shipped separately and received on different dates.
Where no date or delivery period is indicated, the French Consumer Code provides in principle for delivery no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer has a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the product to communicate their decision to withdraw.

Products being returned must comply with the conditions specified in the Return and Refund Policy.
