At BYTOKKI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Condition of returned products
Products must be returned complete and in a condition that allows them to be inspected and resold.
The customer may try on a garment or product to the extent necessary to check its size, nature and characteristics. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be taken into account.
Return costs
In the event of a change of mind, an incorrect size or an incorrect color selected when ordering, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund
After valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amounts due are refunded in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
BYTOKKI may defer the refund until the products have been recovered or until proof of shipment has been received.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
