Shipping Policy – BYTOKKI
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Delivery times
Delivery times are not the same for every item.
The applicable delivery time depends in particular on the product ordered, its availability, its shipping location and the carrier used.
The delivery time applicable to each item is indicated on the product page and/or during checkout before final confirmation of the purchase.
Customers are therefore advised to review the delivery time shown for each item before placing an order.
French regulations require the seller to communicate a delivery date or time period; where nothing is indicated, delivery should in principle take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Orders containing several products
When an order includes several items, they may have different delivery times.
Products may also be shipped separately. The customer may therefore receive several parcels for the same order.
Order tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is communicated to the customer so that they can follow the delivery of their parcel.
Delivery address
The customer must check the accuracy of their name, address and all delivery information before confirming the order.

Delivery delay
If delivery is delayed beyond the stated time, the customer may contact BYTOKKI so that we can carry out the necessary checks.

Parcel not received
If tracking indicates a problem or a parcel is not received within the stated time, contact us and provide your order number.
We will take the necessary steps with the carrier and offer a solution that complies with consumer rights.
Damaged product or parcel
If a product is delivered damaged, contact us promptly at bytokki.paris@gmail.com, attaching photographs where possible to show the issue.
